Customers are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the above points.

1. The battery /motor is warranted against all defects arising solely from the use of faulty material or poor workmanship and any consequential liabilities will not be entertained.

2. The right to determine whether a battery/motor needs repair, rectification, free replacement or pro-rata settlement rests with the Company.

3. The Company reserves the right to provide another model or brand of the same capacity suited to the sprayer, as settlement of Warranty.

4. The warantee period will commence from date of sale, unless the sale is made more than three months from the date on which the product was dispatched by us, in which case the warantee period will commence three months from the date of Manufacture.

5. The warranty card must be produced during the warranty service. This warranty card is irreplaceable in the event of loss or mutilation. The warranty card is not transferable.

6. The warantee card photo copy need to be sent to company by the dealer after sale of the product , else any warantee claim will not be accepted in future.

7. The guarantee certificate / invoice shall be provided at the time of claiming warantee.

8. Liabilities under this warranty shall cease if:

  • Damages to the battery/motor caused by faulty electrical systems, improper handling, service of battery/motor by unauthorised dealers, wilful abuse, or tampered.
  • Breakage of container , breakage/deformation of terminal due to non maintainance.
  • Failure of battery due to deep discharge, overcharge.
  • Failure of a battery due to inadequate recharging.
  • Batteries are operated in discharged condition for long periods.
  • Out of Warranty Period.
  • The battery has been operated in an application that it was not designed/ specified by the company.
  • Burning of motor after water/pesticide entering it.
  • Proof of maintenance as specified in this manual, will be furnished at the time of service. Failure to do so can invalidate this warranty.

9. Adjudication and settlement of claim will take a couple of days as the battery has to be tested for the reported failure.

10. Defective battery/ motor arising out of the free replacement or pro-rata settlement under warranty has to be returned to the Company.

11. The guarantee period for the new battery/motor provided as free replacement will commence from date of sale of original battery as stated in the original guarantee card and not from the date of replacement provided.

12. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR USAGE AND MAINTENANCE :

  • The battery should be firmly secured in the cradle. Please ensure that the cable clamps are fit tightly and properly on the terminals.
  • Connections must be made in the correct polarity.
  • Apply Petroleum jelly on the terminals to avoid corrosion.
  • Sprayer need to be washed with soap solution every time it is used.
  • Approximately 16 - 20 litre of soap water need to be sprayed after every usage pesticide or any other chemical.

  • Sprayer need to be charged fully every time after usage of pesticide or any other chemical.
  • If sprayer is not used for more than one month then sprayer has to be charged fully and 20 litre soap water need to be sprayed.
  • Pesticide and water should not enter battery terminals/motor , care need to be taken while pouring pesticide in to tank and while placing on the sprayer on wet ground.
  • Sprayer should not be used after the voltmeter indicating red color as it will effect the life of battery.
